Rotary Club Bucharest organizes together with EY Romania an online event of great interest, especially for entrepreneurs, but not only. We will present practical solutions for mitigating the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on Romanian companies.

Legislative information from numerous sources / draft laws / press releases regarding various measures adopted in the context of COVID -19 circulates in the business environment. Therefore, verifying and using information becomes essential for companies.

We will answer the questions we face during this period and we will discuss:
• Postponement of payments on loans, rents and utilities
• Specific legislative provisions related to technical unemployment
• Fiscal facilities for employers in the context of COVID 19
• Payment of taxes, specific operations – VAT impact and profit tax
• State aid for SMEs
